    It's just game strategy what the Russians are doing.

    Remember it took CONGRESS to make the Trump admin sanction Russia because in doing so would mean Russia helped Trump.

    Why wouldn't putin prefer trump as president? He has begrudgingly put the weakest of sanctions on russia. And has lifted sanctions already in place.
