Yes right. I feel like NBA defenses are relieved when Harden does his stationary dribble on one spot of the floor. It gets them some needed rest to catch their breath.

Harden is technically difficult to guard but it doesn't require neatly as much energy and stamina as chasing around Curry or Westbrook.

Yea this really isn't a big deal. Last night was an emotional win against the #1 seed it's not easy to turn around and get up for a sub .500 team trying to push the tempo and you are short handed. I'm just glad we don't have many more back to backs left.

James has seen every defense there is....Im just kind of amazed that dudes would never think to do this before. I think James was just frustrated after dudes missed so many open shots and decided to force it.

We beat Utah with no Harden/Westbrook. Excuses are for losers, we saw no effort from these guys tonight, and it was a completely winnable game. As much as Harden is not to blame for this game, to be fair he had ONE great quarter, but made no positive difference in quarters 1 and 3. Without him we would've lost by 50, but had he played hard and smart, and our guys shot like 30% from 3, right in the game.

LOL, yea thats why they actively double the guy, thats why he gets pressed in the back court. He's the most dangerous weapons in the league. You see these guys, they get happy when Harden doesnt have the rock in his hand.

So you meant to say Harden is the real problem?

Please don't compare Curry to Westbrook. Curry is predictable to defend. The only thing Curry has going for him is he's a very good shooter..... which he gets help from from screens and from his teammates setting him up. Westbrook makes his own plays most of the time. If Westbrook had a consistent jumper, he'd be the hardest player to stop in the league.

When the team plays a back to back they need to play a traditional line up at first then in spots play the small ball. When the team gets momentum then play your best line up

He gets doubled because Harden makes it EASY to get doubled.

Try doubling Curry for a full game when he's running around like an Energizer bunny through 4 different screens.
