Look, there was no way we were going to win with our lineup the way it was

Our fully healthy squad lost to the Lakers without AD

I’m not saying this trade will make us that much better, but something had to be done

Uh Bell only played 11.6mpg last year on the warriors and had a negative bpm. This is a roll of the dice as he could be a complete scrub. Covington might help defensively but it seems we are going all in on small ball - unless there is another trade or buyout yet to come.

Lebron and the lakers are licking their chops right now. You know what this reminds me of? Mchale using Carlos Delfino to guard Pau Gasol...

Looney is another rumor from Feigen or woj. Gws want to get some contracts off their books.
IMO 3 year 15m is better deal for someone who outplayed Capela.

if not him we could still bring one more big on the buyout market. And we moved Nene and Green who weren’t going to play this season.

Im not gonna say were better for sure, but we're certainly different.

Given that I didn't think the team with Capela was good enough, I can't be too mad at the risk of going full time small ball.

Still think our our owner hindered Morey from doing more with Capela, just like he did with the Westbrook deal.

34% in the **** no point guard minnesota offense. Other than that he has been around 37% for his career

Jordan Bell looks like a bust in Timberwolves

but in warriors' small ball system, he was a brilliant backup SF/PF, can't wait to see

I’m going to save my judgement until after the deadline, because I think we could’ve saved that FRP, Nene and Green for possibly another trade where we actually bring in a player not named Jordan Bell.

Better? Time will tell, I just don't want to be lied to. Was this done as a cost cutting measure, disguised as a championship move? Or was this a move to win a championship?

Covington is a great pickup but I also want to see more playing time for Hartenstein. He may not be able to guard good centres but he more than makes up for it with his hustle.

Rockets are going all in on their strongest strategy.

It makes me uncomfortable, but I can't say I really blame them.

    What they had wasn't working.

I mean he’s really not good. Scrub might be a bit much but he’s going to severely frustrate Rockets fans in short order.

he’s a good player, he’s just not some savior...if Rockets fans are expecting a savior, then yeah, there will be disappointment...I expect there to be some “Covington’s defense is overrated,” “Morey is dumb,” and “small ball is a joke” threads
