B'OB goes all in this year trading multiple high round draft picks and goes down 19-0 where they could have easily lost in OT to the Bills, and then gets blown out for the 2nd straight year to end the season (after ****ing going up 24-0) and somehow gets a promotion....this organized is ****ed. This is so ****ing stupid. Incompetency starts from the top down. "encouraged by the progress....." *Ensue blood boiling Why do I have to root for this incompetent organization. If this team didn't have the word Houston in front of it I would be laughing my ass off at how dumb they are.
So let me get this straight...not only does he not get fired, he essentially gets a promotion. Lmao!! Texans are a damn joke of a franchise. Poor Watson.
Told y'all. Dude will never be fired lol. Go ahead and keep wishing the Texans will suck so that BOB will get the boot. It will never happen. Y'all might as well actually root for the damn team lol.
really questioning my fandom now; might just stay away from houston sports or just not be as emotionally invested as previous years
Brian, we don't kneel or let the inmate run the prison...unless his name is Bill O'Brien. Then we kneel to him & let him run the prison as he wants.
Man there has never been a career in sports history being propped up as much by being in a crap division for most of their careers.
The owner can fire anyone below him in the organization, which is everyone. B.O.B. was just officially given the role of G.M. Cal Mcnair should have fired him as coach and any position he had before giving him a promotion. That's what I was trying to say. General Managers get fired all the time, and its not them firing themselves, it's the owner doing it.
I think I'm more checked out of the team than any other emotion (for now, maybe just cause it's the offseason) because otherwise I think I'd have to root for a losing season just to get rid of this jabroney. Cal's made it clear that losses, or home losses specifically, will be what it takes to force any changes.
