The biggest improvement i've seen over the last few games is that he is taking quicker timeouts which is crucial.

Live look at MDA after he pulled IHart after a few miserable minutes.

I give him a 45 out of 48. The number of minutes House played.

Last night was the perfect time to let Hartenstein play as a stretch five. Sadly, that didn’t happen. Oh well.

I thought his use of timeouts last night was terrific. Seems like he defers too much to his superstars: he will sometimes let the game slip away without calling a timeout; maybe he figures James will just hit three threes in a row or something, and then we get to watch James go from 0/14 to 0/17, and that’s all she wrote.

Hartenstein is a pretty good cheerleader...not gonna lie

he sure knows how to wave a towel, and he can get pretty hype on the sidelines...probably our most animated bench warmer

Is MDA really to blame for P.J.’s inability to catch the ball? I mean, put me on the court I could have caught those passes.

That is exactly what happened. I think Russell is more coachable than James. The fact he got on them and in their face was soooo refreshing to see. I just wish he would do the same to James and sit him on the bench. I'd rather lose moving the ball and playing high level D than let James go one on one for most of the game and win. Our team body language when scores alot is horrible, however, he doesn't care because he scored 40, 50, and 60 and the media is all over him.

    Keys to Rockets winning consistently
    1. Stay in front of your man
    2. Get your hand up on the shot
    3. Box Out
    4. Rebound
    5. Get it and go (not pass it to James and walk slow)

Despite what I continually here, he's proven to be extremely adaptable offensively.

^ Gordon's expression when he learned all he got from Tilman for dropping 50, was a "10% off your next meal at a participating Landry's restaurant" coupon.

I'm sure DAnito thought this as well.

Then he put in Hartenstein, and the Jazz turned a 9 point deficit into a 1 point lead.

Then he took him out, the Rockets small ball lineup went on a 29-15 run in the second period where Rivers and Gordon took turns reaver-ing up Gobert's soul and placed it in a lacquered box for display as a curio in Danito's study, and the rest is history.
