Clint maybe but EG was just tired at the end. EG was balling in the first half then MDA rode his ass until he died in snow. 35 minutes for a guy trying to ease into shape. The defense wasn't so great Howard, Clemons or Frazier can't get some burn. Just a little in the first half..

He's still a great player by impact metrics, everyone gets worse in the playoffs.

Not 32% worse. His efg% in the playoffs is below league average. That 32% really hurts him because a large chunk of his offense is from 3s.

If someone like Kawhi shoots only 32% from 3 in the playoffs it isn't as detrimental because he doesn't hoist up 10 attempts per game from there.

The reason why we lost is bc Clint is too soft, he can’t guard big centers he always needs help... which creates open shots for the other team.

    Clint usually dominates Jokic.

    Disappointing performance from him today.

MDA coaching like he wants to be fired. This team is exhausted, and yes the bench isn’t exactly strong, but it’s good enough to at least help out a little.

Denver was without 3 of their best players. Harden is amazing, but Rockets fell apart.

EG was 2-10 from 3, we've seen this before from him. It happens. Its fine. Him getting a few more minutes of rest while Denver kills Clemmons isnt ideal. So the G-leaguers...I'd like to see Howard get some burn but he is not getting us this win. We need a trade, you guys thinking a few minutes for some G-Leaguers in a tight TIGHT conference isnt going to help imo. Morey has to do something.

Clint injured that heel last game. Clint wasn't sprinting down the court like he usually does.

Our style of play hasn't been the problem. We nearly beat the OP Warriors with it. The problem has always been the support and the coach. We have too many players who don't step up enough. Gordon is hit or miss. Capela is far too limited. McLemore, Rivers, House and Tucker have been far too inconsistent this season. We also have a coach who hasn't got a clue what he's doing half the time. When Harden isn't carrying him, he folds so much.

Westbrook has been great this season, but he isn't enough to carry us. If you take away his lane, you can stop him. He can't shoot a 3pt shot to save his life, which is really needed in the league today. And he also doesn't get enough free throws.

You keep saying Harden and his style is the problem. But it truly isn't. You know deep down it isn't. It's always been because of the coach and the support he's had.

I never felt once we could beat the Nuggets tonight, despite Westbrook's hot form. I would never feel like that if Harden was in hot form. He's just on another level when he's in hot form.

Yeah this is a classic game we win if James plays, Westbrook did fine for the most part but as soon as the game was on the line he reverted into OKC Russ and just tryied to force every play and ended up making unaccessary turnoves (he had 10 in the end), bad passes, forced shots...i'd take James walking his ass and play with the clock (and his brain) over that any time.

Only if you can guarantee that this roster can get some help before the deadline, my Rockets fandom has it's limits

Clint hurt himself at the end of last game. He was limping. You're right, he normally kills Jokic when he's healthy. Jokic and KAT are the two centers that Clint has owned for years.

This gets tiring. James Harden’s playoff production is in line with Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade, Jerry West and a number of other first ballot Hall of Famers.

You hate James Harden, we get it.

There is more to offense than your shooting percentage dude stop. Ben Taylor one of the leading analytical minds in the game, still has him top 20 all time by impact metrics in the playoffs. Its not what you think bro.

Was there any word about this after the last game since he went out in the end? I'm also pretty sure if James was handling the ball in this game Capela would've made some more shots, Russ just isn't as good of a passer, sometimes he passes well, sometimes he throws bullets...

Today is the kind of day you wish the Rockets cared about the season as a whole and didn’t choke to so many terrible teams. Easy wins could have been had, now we are screwed in standings when injuries have hit.

There was no word about his heel, but you know Clint is not right when his whole games is dependent on out running his opponent and he is jogging and missing dunks.
