    NBA TV just said that on their broadcast. They decided to expound on Kobi's death instead of broadcasting the Rox@Nuggets game.

    Gianna his 13 yr old daughter also passed. Kobe was taking her to basketball practice.

    No doubt. This is hard to wrap my head around. Kobe was amazing on the court but it’s what he’s done off the court during his post-NBA career that’s impressive. And now to learn his daughter was on board, this is beyond words.

    So sad, even sadder when it's probable pilot error. Fog and Hills/light poles/objects.

    The truth is, the likelihood of the Sikorsky s-76 having an engine issue is about as minimal as it gets for an aircraft. Those are some bulltproof engines, ownership would have had to of failed in the maintenance department to the most epic of proportions for that to occur and that's not likely.
