At least Snorklestien will go for 50/50 balls because nobody else other than westbrick is going for them.

Benched in the first half, enters late in the 3rd and benched after one play.

That's the way to build a young player's confidence. **** head.

Dumtoni must read CF during the game.

He saw and played Hartenstein 1 minute to troll this entire forum.

Hartenstein is going to be a solid rotation player for some other team when his time in Houston is done. He'll never be a starter or anything like that, but a solid rotation piece. Once he has an actual head coach who actually trusts him beyond 2 minute stretches, he'll probably do alright.

When you say he'll never be a starter I'm assuming you mean on the ALL NBA team? I still disagree. But that's the only way I can get this post to not merit a one way ticket to the asylum.

Rockets are 9-2 when Hartenstein plays 10+ minutes. (82% winning) *One loss came when Harden & Westbrook were both out*

Rockets are 17-12 when Hartenstein doesn't play a real role. (59% winning)

Coach I am frustrated. Hartenstien has to cry into his pillow; knowing he can help the team win but never gets a chance. Most everytime he gets playing time something good happens. He is a bright spot for the team. Coach why not let him have backup minutes over 6’6” 35 year old player that averages single digits in everything less minutes?

PS — He is not a rookie, coach. You didn’t do your job last year either.
PSS — the one minute of playing time to kill his stats is bush league at best.

I'm telling you there is something to this.

Not sure how much he has to do it but our small ball lineups seem to always do a terrible job out there.

while they’d certainly tell you there is confirmation bias in there in the sense that he generally plays more meaningful minutes against worse teams....

they’re also just 17–12 when he doesn’t which is a 7 seed team in this west. In other words they’re losing games here anyway. At least let him get more comfortable as you lose those games a bit to test it out.

Going small means we shoot more threes. We lose more often with the more threes we shoot.

Hartenstein won't take threes, which is why our record is better when he plays more minutes. More easy baskets.

I have said a lot how I believe he NBA is rigged well I have to correct myself the whole league is rigged including our team. Look at how MDA treats guys who play hard and unselfishly. H Stein has been terrific but the team have these backdoor politics to hold hard working players down in favor for the stars. They are clearly threatened by hsteins progress because he could put some strong competition on Capela. We just lost two games and aint non of these teams can really touch us. Our coaching staff has no guts ans our gm because of his big tweet mouth has our team relegated to being a NBA JOBBER like we are in the wwe. We have to lay down when the powers that be say so. This season is looking like a 2nd round loss in the playoffs
