Jim Crane: Won the WS, yet seemingly oversaw a toxic, cheating culture at the organizational level. What is the cost of winning? He fired the two men responsible for creating the Astros culture yesterday after getting severe punishments from MLB. Tilman Fertita: Cheap owner that loves to talk big. Has made cost-cutting moves since he has got here while lying to the fans about it. Meddles in trades and is overall a d-bag along with his family. Cal McNair: Lame duck who has allowed incompetent Bill O'Brien to consolidate all power in the organization. Texans will never be serious contenders as long as O'Brien is running the show. Franchise has been a joke since its existence, yet he doesn't care to make any major changes. Only good thing I can say about Cal is at least the Texans organization seems respectable and ethical? We all know what happened under Crane and Fertita seems like a slimeball so I don't doubt the people that he's hand picking to run the franchise are also like him. It depends on whether you value winning at all costs vs doing it the right way. If you value winning at all costs, Crane is the best owner. If you want to "do it the right way" but be a laughingstock organization on a competitive level, McNair. Fertita is somewhere in-between I guess. Bottom line is Houston might now have the worst collection of sports owners in the league. Sad sad development.
Until further notice 1) les alexander 2) bud adams 3) the rest Crane oversaw a disgrace. Fun to distance crane all you want he is owner
1) Miguel Loya - Houston Sabercats 2) Gabriel Brenner/James Harden - Houston Dynamo/Dash 3) Vince McMahon - Houston Roughnecks
Pretty much all the Dynamo fans hate Brenner and the franchise is the absolute joke of the league at this point. He is probably the worst Houston owner... and that is saying something.
