Watson had the mahomes and Lamar season his rookie season however it seems like the Texans went away from that sadly and what we have now is a typical O’Brien offense I’ve seen in years past where they don’t get off to fast starts and penalties kill drives it’s kinda strange how the O-line was worse his rookie year and the offense looked better than it does now with a better O-line

Watson was sacke 16 times in six games rookie year

5 times against Seattle the only game with Duane Brown who started ithe year njured.

Seattle put the fix in. Watson's injury, taking Duane Brown, Clowney

Watson did play all those games with Fuller and Hopkins. Texans were putting up ridiculous scoring totals

The offensive coordinator, Greg Roman is the one that gets credited for changing the offense to fit Lamar’s skill set. The same OC that ran a similar offense in San Francisco when Kaepernick was the qb.

Harbaugh was a career special teams coach. He doesn’t have an offensive or defensive coordinator background.

But he was smart enough to bring in a real of rather than shoehorn a terrible system onto his QB

And his systems are adjusted to by the league within 2-3 years of being implemented.

That's the issue people bring up when people look at him as a Head Coach.

As opposed to being adjusted to within 2-3 minutes?

Well, props for the coach for not being prideful and trust others to help him.

They are literal opposites in prime time. He was so good in regular season. He looks like absolute trash.
