Last I checked it was 70%. Shooting percentages in the paint are always higher, but 70% is high for a center. Guards like Harden and Beal and Thompson usually let guys in the paint shoot 68-72%.
Kk I haven’t checked . I just remember someone saying it was good , but that was early on in the season ... prolly small sample size
I mean sure . I know Hartenstein isn’t some great player . I want him to play more from a perspective of resting other players than from an perspective of he’s a great prospect . His sample size also isn’t big enough now to say that he’s truly at 70% . His time last game was in garbage time , how do we evaluate that ? When you watch him play he’s not AWFUL inside . Sometimes he contests shots poorly, Sometimes he contests shots well . Sometimes shooters make shots even when they are well contested. Hart has played like 15 games and has only had a handful where he got real minutes in real situations. He’s tall . He plays hard . PJ plays too much . Clint has had nagging injury problems . The math is that easy for me in this instance .
Agree that PJ plays too many minutes and Clint needs to sit until healthy. Plus Tyson must be hurt or old age finally caught up. I would play Hart more but depends on match up. But I understand the short leash. Need another backup 5 IMO.
What a game! 17 points 15 rebounds and 5 blocks on 8/9 shooting and a +39 in only 27 minutes. Is Hartenstein better than Capela? Kidding of course, but man, that was a great game for him.
Time to start Hartenstein. Hartenstarter? Hartenstar? I have grown to Hart Isaiah Hartenstein? Does this guy have a nickname yet? That colossal failure of a fastbreak was a real hartbreaker though. Going be hart to erase that memory anytime soon, unfortunately.
Guess what, Capela back, Hart will get zero playing time again and Rockets lose to trash teams with MDA clap clap clap.
