Were 9.5 point dogs. Glad to see it as we cant be overconfident at all after beating them once this year.
Let's go DW4. As a longtime Texans fan since franchise inception, I've struggled with the heartbreak. I still have serious doubts about the team's ability to progress with BoB, but I do believe that Watson is the real deal. Here's to hoping the team can push forward despite coaching ineptitude.
BoB will do his normal fups, but I do believe DW4 will be ready. I know it's a new season, but you can't discount the earlier win this season and I do believe they can do it again... -9.5, i'll take Texans on that...
The only home wild card team to win, and still the biggest dogs in Round 2 (a round with 2 1v6 games at that) will hopefully resonate with the team. Need a spirited performance to pull off the upset!! Starts with a great week of practice and preparation. Go Texans!!
Deshaun is about to carry us to the AFC championship game... imagine the vibe in Houston once we win this game
Texans: CB Roby (went out in the 1st quarter), CB Conley (wasn't traded for yet), CB Joseph (out with a Hammy), CB Hargreaves (was acquired yet), WR Stills (out with a Hammy). Those are the players the Texans were without during the Chiefs game. Phillip Gaines, Lonnie Johnson, Keion Crossen, and Xavier Crawford (now a Bear) played Cornerback for the Texans. If you go over to the Chiefs Planet, only the Chiefs' now healthy or newly acquired players matter. Yes, Texans won't have RT Howard (who got hurt in the game), Dylan Cole, and Safety Gipson. But against Mahomes, 4 new CB (basically) is very important. Also, having Stills available is huge.
I'm thinking we lose by 10+ Chiefs injuries were worst than ours first matchup. I'll accept a victory though.
I do hope we win. Even a low scoring game is acceptable if we move forward. Hell, lets keep expectation low, and just make it a competitive game
