Daily reminder: You can be a former pro, analyst or host of a show that revolves around basketball and still be a clueless casual. We've seen it time and time again. My wife is always asking me why the media and everyone hates the Rockets so much. I tell her I honestly don’t know. And I don’t. I just don’t understand it.

 

Because we're worse than a small market team. We're a big market team that isn't one of their beloved markets. Therefore, we are competition. They HATE anything that makes Houston relevant. They hate the Astros too and if the Texans won more, they would hate them too.
