doesnt seem accurate. Google James Harden career points and it still says less than 20k. Don’t know how up to date that is though.

 

Rockets losing or almost losing to bottom feeder teams, not too encouraging going forward.

That is when MDA should have inserted Hartenstein. House and McLemore had their chance and didn't perform. That's when you say "Next man up" and sit them. Clemons almost outscored them in 9 minutes.

 

So Harden's excuse is that he has a huge offensive load, which he seems to take upon himself. Maybe pass the ball more or let Westbrook handle it more and lock down on defense for 4 quarters? If you guys think this is the best he can do, this team isn't winning a championship. Just putting that out there. Your star's gotta be playing consistent defense to have a chance.

 

im cool wtih Harty getting a chance, we might as well test it out, we need a three point shooting center, specially for Westbrook.

 

That’s also why we aren’t anywhere close to being a championship team. When things aren’t going as planned, we don’t adjust. We just shooting and doing our thing expecting things to start falling. That’s not championship basketball in any sense.

 

That is the MDA way. It can really be frustrating. He is so stubborn when it comes to replacing anyone who is playing poorly. When that huge run happened he should have jerked a couple guys out who simply weren't doing anything much on either end and inserted two more, and so on. It's not like it wasn't warranted. Ugh.

 

Didn’t watch the game but it took 55 points from Harden to beat a crappy Cavs team. This is not good.

if he scores 35 tonight we get destroyed by the Cavs...

we are 7-7 when he scores less than 40...we are 9-1 when he scores at least 40

up until like 2 games ago Westbrook was a brick machine who was coming off 14-57 shooting

Here is what I liked:

Beard with 55!!! Step back 3s then went to the floater at 1 minute mark, give and go with PJ
Westbrook 23 points 6 assists
Clemons baseline oop dunk
Capela's monster dunk in crunch time
PJ's dagger 3 pointer
McLemore with a key 3

What I didn't like:

Gave up double digit leads
Turnovers
Giving a shiit team hope and making it too close

 

I see some people staying stupid **** like we have no depth or that we have poor depth and it's like... seriously? WTF are you on? We don't have bad depth, our depth is INJURED / SICK! We have Ego going back in a few weeks. Rivers and Chandler should be getting over their sickness soon. Of course **** looks bad if we are skipping over 2nd stringers and playing 3rd stringers! Clemons is our Bobby Brown when Rivers is with the team and as good as BMac has been for us, he is still slotted behind Ego.

 

Scrub teams do go off on the Rox.

 

So what you're saying is that Harden has to score at least 40 every Playoff game--or, let's say, average 40 in every Playoff series--to win? Good luck with that.

 

i didnt see the game as i was at the movies but covertly watching the scoreboard. i couldnt help LOLing when i saw the cavs took a 10 pt lead late in the game and imagining the melt down that was probably going on here.

we pulled out a victory on the road and that is always tough... yet of course I come here and still see more b****ing and moaning even after a victory smh

the lakers were beating the magic on the road tonight by 20... guess what ? magic came back and took the lead, but the settled down and pulled it out. i dont understand why yall think every game is supposed to be a blow out.

 

if we don't have harden, we will lose this game. Westbrooks just still miss the shooting, no eye see
