Yessir, it's been posted on here for years. It's been there for years. I just had someone from Houston send me a tweet from a Houston council member or something saying they just discovered it. Embarrassing... that knowledge should be part of any oath you take to enter city office. lol. It actually used to point to the Summit/Greenway Plaza area, I think, but the zip code is probably tied to the Rockets' headquarters which is now on Polk St. along with the Toyota Center.
