Russel Westbrook needs to to his Ben Simmons impression and just never take a outside jumper and just attack the rim. His jump shots literally suck the life out of this team.


And this defense. Dear lord do they just game plan around just letting perimeter offensive players beating them off the dribble to the paint on purpose? Do they think they have Hakeem at the paint and purposefully funnel players to the rim thinking we have elite paint defense because I've never seen a team that is so easy to drive on.

It isn't overrated. The depth was amazing when MDa was playing Clemons and Hartenstein.

Tyson was unplayable again so MDA plays Clint forever.

Bmac can't shoot (or defend) so MDa plays Bmac more instead of Clemons.

 

And will continue to do so as long as it works: 2-15 from 3. WB shot better, at least.

Doncic's a tough out, but 137 points? At home? Not good.

 

Your correct, but if luka isnt commanding double teams at the clip harden is he WILL soon.

 

I mean if he was on the Rockets we would kill for someone to make wide open 3s on a consistent basis. None of our shooters can do this.

The Rockets will be better once they have Gordon back and healthy. Clint is playing great basketball. Harden is still Harden. That’s the positives.

Unfortunately...MDA and Westbrook hold the team back. MDA can’t coach or adjust, and Westbrook has low basketball IQ. It is what it is.

 

Harden didnt shoot well either man, he completely had an off night from 3.

I wouldn't go that far. Depth is hurt a lot missing EGO and Green.

MDA needs to try something else, been three games now where teams just double Harden and no one can hit a shot. At least put in other players and see if they can hit open jumpers. Mclemore isn't it, if he's 0 for whatever then sit him.

 

Nah, he wont. Lakers wont do that to him, Clippers wont, and neither will the real elite defensive teams, they cant afford to, they can afford to do it to us.
