lol I love it when you think you're qualified to provide me your opinion on the economy. That's rich.

Do you consider the unemployment rate or the labor participation rate when you evaluate the economy? Do tell!

That depends upon the average wage and buying power.

Just because the employment rate is low is not a good indicator of how well the economy is doing.

What is the cost of living, what % of their wages are disposable income?

Our economy is not doing well for the entire society, it is for the very rich, and the shrinking middle class but the poor are not doing well, and the younger generation is facing a massive uphill climb to get out of forced educational debt.

So, yeah, our economy is not doing all that well........unless you are just looking at cursory measures.

But stock traders like you only care about commissions and getting trades in......so i doubt you have much real touch.....as a glorified sales guy.

The appeal is somebody finally gave voice to all of there grievances and told them it was right to think that way.

It really showed us what a good majority of Americans are thinking on a daily basis.

    Hyperbole much?

This certainly not "the best economy in history."

As to whether Trump should be replaced, that is a different discussion.

The best sources for economic information are definitely the video-gaming community and connoisseurs of Austin-area all-you can eat buffets!

Tucker Carson reports that it appears.

    That seals it.

I do not think there is anything constructive in questioning the integrity and honor of Trump voters at a macro level.

However I do think it is fair game to question the integrity and honor of the sitting President and those that work or advise him.

Trying to be very non biased, I think it is a real stretch to say the current occupant of the White House has either integrity or honor.

I do not that people vote for candidates for a variety of reason. There are candidates that are single issue voters such as abortion. There are people that will likely vote for Trump if the Democrats continue to push a single payer medical system and philosophies of government that are more with socialist principles.

So the Republicans have complained that Trump should be allowed to face his accuser. The thing is the Whistleblower isn't the accuser anymore. The AccuserS took the stand today and will continue to take them. Trump is welcome to go and testify at the hearings too if he really wants to face his accusers.

Trump has an opportunity to face his accusers. He won't even allow his underlings to face the accusers.

I think the whole argument about the whistleblower testifying or 'facing his accusor' is really just a ruse to bring out how flawed the whistleblower's credibility is. The coordination between Schiff's staff and a biased whistleblower kind of blows up the whole 'inquiry' spectacle. The fake outrage at putting the WB is laughable especially given who the WB is and his backstory. Where was this outrage when Snowden did his thing? That's a real whistleblower. And look how the intelligent community treated him.

As a federal employee, I walk down the hallway and pass bulletin boards filled with numerous references to the Whistleblower Protection Act on a daily basis.

The thought of exposing the whistleblower and all of the antics the Republicans are attempting to do in retaliation make me sick to my stomach, and are the antithesis of the way the system was designed. That I can assure you.

I've yet to hear any of them threaten his life or his job....well, except the president himself...lol. If this didn't appear like a fabricated complaint, I'd have some sympathy.

The system is designed so people witnessing corruption can make confidential disclosures. Jim Jordan, Rand Paul and others attempting to retaliate to protect their guy and muddy the waters are absolutely pathetic.

No federal employee with the animosity of the White House directed at him/her could reasonably be expected to carry out their duties on a regular basis. Let’s not be naive.

The guy has been identified and he still holds his position, right? Of course I'm assuming what's being reported is the real whisteblower. But so far he hasn't be retaliated against or at least it hasn't made the news. If this is being tried in the court of public opinion, then I would certainly like to know how deep his political bias goes. If he is simply a registered Dem, then I wouldn't consider it a bias worth noting. If he has deeper ties to a political candidate or has been involved in any of the backstories from the Mueller investigation THEN I would say....ahem.... something smells foul.

#1) Good luck attempting the whole business-as-usual thing with a tattletale stigma permeating your office and following you anywhere you go throughout your career. Let’s not forget about the death threats, fear, anxiety that will accompany all of it. Again, don’t be naive.

#2) None of what you just said matters, at all, because these statements have all been corroborated by numerous sources.

....and that’s not even the point

You’re questioning the personal political motivations of the whistleblower, while I’m defending his/her right as a federal employee to speak up without fear of the very things you are indirectly condoning.

Let me be clear: I don't claim to know anything about the whistleblower law. I'm saying it appears TO ME that this was coordinated to create this situation (impeachment inquiry). Again, my opinion.

If it came out that the whistleblower did have a deep bias or whatever, would that change your view on this inquiry? If the response is that the whistleblower doesn't matter because there are others who have collaborated his complaint, then you've completely missed the point.

    You are probably trolling.

But if not, you have a basic lack of understanding of the whistleblower laws and process. Go educate yourself.
