I've noticed the Media only cover us when it's something negative about us but we win the media is silent

 

I work a lot of nights now. Don’t get to watch most of the games so far...this is actually the 2nd game I’ve been off for and I fell asleep during th first one lol

Also the power went out with like 5 minutes left to go. I’ve had a worse start than Gordon lol

 

no way. PG will be back so they’ll want to have their two stars play their first game together. They’ll want to make it easier for PG.

House is gonna be a huge loss for us that game.

 

Happy for the win but it's alarming that Rockets still gave up 116 pts to a team that has absolutely no stars playing.

 

There were 20 garbage time points after Harden took the game over. The defense was fine.

 

A lot of them were garbage points late after the Rockets had a 17-18 point lead with 6 minutes left to play. There were some issues with leaving Reddick too much space on 3’s and Favors pushed around Capela a bit but overall the defense was good.

 

I liked what I saw offensively a lot of drive and kicks. Good to see EG looking like his old self. No reason he can't give you 17 a night. Russ shot was falling tonight and he didn't really force it all that much. James was a monster in the 2nd half. He was super aggressive and looking to drive rather than settling for 3. I think 11-12 attempts is the perfect number of 3PA. I do not want to see 16 plus attempts any more lol...unless he's hot of course.

Clint Capela take a bow big man. His last three games has been at a level we all hoped he could reach. His effort on the offensive and defensive glass has been spectacular and is being a stout rim protector.I think he is the key to our defense. When he is playing this well the defense can be solid.

Harden wasn’t aggressive at all in the first three quarters mostly because the Pelicans had Josh Heart on him and pretty much every time he got to half court Drew Holiday would automatically rotate to create an on ball double so James was giving it to Russ and getting Tucker and Eric open looks. Once he checked in the 4th you just knew a close game he was going to go bananas but no one saw that. A barrage of drives and two huge threes. Is there a better scorer in the NBA ? No .39 or 40 plus points games are now the norm with this guy. If he scores under 30 you think damn he had a bad game lol


Eric Gordon where have you been bro?Thats the Eric we need.

Russ just keeps getting wining me over with his mentality. He knows Harden is better then him and has no inclination to play second fiddle. This is a guy who told Durant to take a hike when Durant wanted to be the alpha.The narrative about this guy over the years has been nothing short of character assasination.

My take away from this is Thabo and Tyson Chandler aren't totally useless and deserve minutes each game. Both had great +/- numbers especially Chandler who was +22 in just 9 mins. Wish Dumbtoni has seen the light and stop overplaying our key guys and use the depth he actually has.

Also bad time for House to get injured hope he is ok.
