Let's talk burgers yall. I have to bring this to the hangout. I was looking through the Chronicle and they had various burger grades. Where is your favorite Htown burger spot? I rather enjoy Bubba's under the highway. What about yall? Also Red Robin... this burger.. This picture. What a hot mess. Buff Burger is one of my favorites when I'm near one. Great burgers and amazing tater tots. Grub Burger in The Woodlands does a great job, too. I don't know if there's much worse than getting cheese that is still cold on a burger. I can't stand that.

It’s hard to do a bad burger. taconmadre in south Houston will take a few years off your life, but is worth it.
I don't eat meat, but I'm fascinated with fermentation. I've heard dry-aging meat supposedly makes it much much tastier and tender, so I'd propose yall should try a dry-aged beef burger (and steak) if yall haven't yet. Oh, and the Beyond Burger is pretty good. There's this place called Burganics down the street from the galleria that serves it for 7 bucks. They also serve grass-fed beef burgers, I think Bison and grilled chicken.
