I just dont know how paid professionals play THIS poorly. It seems like pride and hustle would kick in at some point.

What exactly is MDA’s job?

 

By now, I thought homers would take my criticisms a little more seriously, especially after last season, but then again, they're homers for a reason, and you know who you are and how delusional you look. This team is garbage. Harden is an out-of-shape embarrassment. The Rockets deserve a skilled player of his caliber with heart. You need heart to get you far in the Playoffs. At least, Chris Paul held him accountable.

That dude is hated for a reason. He whines about any criticisms, and ships CP3 out for his own best friend who won't hold him accountable. EG suddenly turned into the worst player in the NBA, and Capela is a fraud. Steals $90 million from the organization after a decent season and doesn't bother to try anymore. Most centers get lazy after a big payday. That's why centers have such short primes.

 

This team is fool's gold. It just tricks everyone to believe it's a contender but it isn't.

 

There is no way in hell that Westbrook, Harden, Gordon, Tucker, and Capela should start the next few games.

Bring all of them off the bench. Play the young guys. F**k it.

 

Yeah why not promote Bzdelik to head coach when they had the chance?

 

Can't wait for MDA to be fired! Its only been six games but the Rockets effort, focus, defense, and offensive schemes have been non-existent. Its all on the HC.

I didn't get to see the last two games, but watching this is horrible--we look like a G-League team.

 

This is the first game in 15 years of watching Rockets that I'm done. This is embarrassing. No heart, no team, and no coaching.

 

It's not pace and space because Miami has bigs and actually plays them. I don't know how many 2 pointers the Heat have, I don't care to check the stats, but everyone plays this way against the Rockets because you are going to get easy dunks/layups and threes any way and every team shoots better than us.

It's not just that though, the Rockets notoriously chuck 3s and over value threes, other teams do not. This has always been the Rockets thing since Morey got McHale.

Moreyball is this, we're not even always spaced with bigs in the lineup, we just chuck threes, that's what we do. Iso and chuck 3s, and while this game will be an anomaly of sorts, Rockets still probably finish 1-4 in the West, this isn't going to get us anywhere.
