    Well..... you didn't do a good job in your other thread. Religion is merely a human construct, like government; people are the issue not a particular religion or government.

    Does that mean "all governments are bad", or all human ideas and institutions are bad?

    I don't think that argument can be made, it's anarchic.

    All religions can be bad or good. I think a more accurate argument is that all religions can potentially be bad.

    I wanted to. It needed to be bumped, in my opinion. Considering all of the sympathy that the Democrats and the left have been expressing around the death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

    I haven't seen any sympathy for Baghdadi at all. Dude was a butcher and I have not seen anyone say he should not have been killed. I have seen some reticence to celebrate too much, lest Trump get too much credit, and plenty of making fun of how Trump can ruin even good accomplishments with his egotism. But that's not sympathy for Baghdadi -- just antipathy for Trump.
