That Altuve strikeout could end up being the defining moment of the season. Not to sound overly dramatic, but it just fits the narrative of how bad the situational hitting has been this postseason.

    A) Pettis held him, from what I saw
    B) Altuve? Not saying it's a bad idea but what happened the last time he bunted?

They have ****ing momentum. And the crowd is out of it. Recipe for disaster.

Scherzer tomorrow if we lose? Eeek.

Even if he would have scored, I think they would have sent him back to third as the ball lodged under the wall for at least a bit. Still no excuse for not getting at least one run in with 2 of our best hitters coming up.

He is great until you reach the WS.

then he no longer executes nor keeps the ball in the yard.

Yeah, it was 1 out with a man on third and Altuve-Brantley-Bregman up. It was a good chance at a big inning and if Reddick runs it would have ruined the inning immediately.

It sucks that Tuve had that AB but I trust these guys, I know he's pissed, he'll make up for it.

Could it be a ground rule double if it got stuck?

JV has not been that great since his first start.....too many pitches for balls and pitching from behind.

That meat pitch he tossed to Sota, right after hanging a slider to Eaton.....
