Clippers are quite clearly winning the title if they're healthy. Too deep and too good in all areas of the game.
Kawhi and PG is a lethal combo. Lots of people underestimating them. They’re gonna be a nightmare on both ends of the court. Their perimeter defense in particular and ability to lock **** down is going to be a major problem for the rest of the league. Unless we get a major upgrade at the 3 or 4 and then some.... we’re not gonna come close to beating them. As if Harden and WB didn’t have enough issues as is come playoff time they’re gonna make things that much harder for our guys and offensively KL and PG are just as good as anybody. I’m honestly jealous of their duo. Long, athletic, can dominate both ends, efficient, unselfish and most importantly they hardly make any mistakes. If you honestly think we’re better than them prepare to be disappointed.
That clipper team can win it without pg. Add iggy to the mix and they will still win the championship.
Doc and the rest of his staff would coach circles around MDA the Clippers will never beat themselves, u already know that Doc will have them locked in on both ends of the court at all times...the Rockets u can’t trust because they will keep jacking up dumb threes even tho the whole team is cold and no offensive or defensive adjustments will be made 50+ threes have to be launched no matter what every game in the name of analytics...sometimes things need to get switched up...seeing them continue to jack up and brick a three every possession in the clutch can be so painful to watch at times
The 2020 Clippers are the 2018 Rockets. And there's no 2018 Warriors/CP3 Hamstring/Scott Foster Game 7 waiting around to stop them.
I don't like it but the Clippers are far and away the best team in the NBA. They will win 64-68 games and if no one is injured, they will easily win the title in playoffs. They are better than last year's Raptors. Rockets aren't close to the same level. But then no one is.
Think again. Kawhi and PG13 can lock up Westbrook and Harden. I don't think any team in the NBA can beat the Clippers in a playoff series besides the Clippers themselves.
I think the real difference is the defense, the Clippers are just better, and that will make a huge difference in playoff.
This is whats scary about them is their coaching . As far as our threes we need to take threes in rhythm opposed to jacking up the first one available
Yep the Rockets were built to beat GS, not LAC. It will take Morey at least an offseason or two in order to research LAC and determine what players he needs to beat them. Too bad Morey can never assemble THE team to beat. He can only assemble teams to beat someone else.
For now they are better. They are better because for one, Kawhi comes in and delivers while Houston fans still have thoughts as following. Russell and Harden will play better. They are childhood friends for crying out loud. Kawhi comes in and dominates in 21 what minutes........PG will come in and dominate without any excuses. They are more consistent superstars than Westbrook and sometimes Harden when he is disengaged. Kawhi and PG's weakness is they are not really durable.
Sad but most likely true. Good thing play offs are not until may of 2020. So i guess we have time to fix this roster. Get to work Morey
