Just move him towards the plate and towards the pitcher. All the way. Yeah, he'll get fastballs blown by him, but his stance is surrendering the low inside and low outside pitches. He cannot physically hit those pitches where he stands the way he swings, so it's entirely up to his eye to lay off them.

 

This is different. Springer wasn't a rookie. Springer has a body of work. You can trust him.
