Not down for OU today. That’s all that matters.

It has been, need LBs too. They get no pass rush.

On the other side, Sam's been getting his ass rocked all day.

Picked a bad day to have our worst game of the year. I absolutely want to play them again.

Felt flat from the start. Even down by 3 going into the 4th, never felt that we’d make the plays to pull it out for some reason. Need to get the secondary healthy and playing some resemblance of tackle football.

More fun secondary news: Chris Brown broke his forearm and is out 6 weeks. Sterns and Green may be back in 2 weeks.

The rest of the schedule looks favorable but it's hard to know how good Baylor is because they haven't played anyone yet. They did Rice, UTSA and SFA for non conference and still have not played OU. It's disappointing that we won't be going to the playoffs but OU is a better team. It makes you hopeful for next year.

    In terms of next year,

Seniors leaving this year: WR DEVIN DUVERNAY, WR COLLIN JOHNSON, WR JOHN BURT, S BRANDON JONES, LB JEFFREY MCCULLOCH, DL MALCOLM ROACH, DL GERALD WILBON, OL PARKER BRAUN, OL ZACH SHACKELFORD
-We have the depth on WR and OL to where I'm not concerned at all about the loses despite the seniors leaving
    -Coburn has already overtaken Wilbon
-Losing Roach and Mcculloch hurts. We haven't seen the same improvement in depth for LB and Defensive Ends as we have WR and OL
-Brandon Jones will always occupy that special place in my heart because the Aggies made a doc about him and he flipped to us. Plus, a 4 year starter that also returns kicks. Dude is a longhorn in and out. It also doesn't help with our struggles this year in the secondary but we have a lot of kids behind him.

-Anyone know if Bijan Robinson will be an early enrollee?
-Hopefully Cosmi doesn't go to the draft early after this year.
-You guys think RoJo will red shirt next year with Bijan, Jordan and Ingram at RB or could he be looking at staying at RB in college?
-Hopefully the disappointing season doesn't cause us to lose any commits. I was hoping wins against LSU and OU would help us get 5 star CB Ringo, and the stud DE from Bastrop.

Herman needs to find a way to finish out the season on a high note. The injuries have been a factor but when you get the shots that we got at LSU and OU, you hope to pull at least one out. Hopefully we'll get another one at OU.

Tough talking about next year in mid-October but I'd move Whittington back to WR and roll with a Bijan, RoJo and Ingram trio at RB. Looks like one of our CB commits, Josh Eaton, will likely flip to OU.

It would be nice if it was an 8 team playoff and the winner of the big 12 goes to the playoffs no matter what.

Defense Line needs to step up big time or we can't stop any top tier offenses we face

I like a 6 team playoff with automatic bids for each of the P5 champions and an at-large bid for the 6th.

Whittington is Christian McCaffrey, you just get him the ball wherever you can and let him make plays.

Give the top 2 teams a bye? Or no bye at all? 8 is fine with me. 4 doesn’t make any sense.
