Massage Guns?

    Anyone ever use these? I had no clue they existed until my wife mentioned it. I thought it was a swanky sex toy at first (I guess it could be) but seems to have real merit. I use a lacrosse ball to work out knots in my back, neck, biceps and chest but these seem to take that sort of therapy to another level.

    I have a Theragun and use it in addition to my foamroller and lacrosse ball for knots.

    I'm a runner (50-60k/week) and have found I've had to roll. I still use the lacrosse ball for hip flexors!

    I've definitely found it worth it, but really depends what you do and what you need it for.

    I have one of the Wahl massagers. How is this thing any better than a regular massager like what Wahl makes?

    The theragun is loud as ****. Though there may be a newer version that’s quieter. Anyways I prefer the hypervolt mainly for that reason. But both are fantastic.
