    When your advertisers are literally selling snake oil supplements endorsed by Sebastian Gorkem PhD, you cannot afford to have any news that does not glorify Trump and the GOP.

    Fox is not covering the news because they only exist to promote the ideology of Murdoch and he would rather have Trump than not.

    This is basically what I was saying Morey should do. If you have a principle that is not in line with the business model of your employer while also requiring you to muzzle yourself the principled thing to do is to resign.

    This is certainly a loss to Fox and any lip service they pay to the idea of Fair and Balanced. Smith can now continue without ideological restrictions from his employer while Fox News can go back to catering to their core demographic.
