    If it’s all about money above basic human freedoms and rights than he losses even more respect in my book.

    While he’s at it him and you know who can get a great deal with Kim Jung Un for some seaside North Korean real estate for a hotel and casino with fake gold plated toilets if it’s about business.

    If the only way you know how to make money is through looking the other way while the people you deal with commit human rights monstrosities you aren’t very good at business.

    And it doesn’t make me too excited about this new owner taking over my lifelong sports obsession where everything coming out of his mouth is about money (like complaining/half joking about Paying Harden etc) and not about his passion for basketball. Maybe he’s the one who needs to be told to shut up and listen for the first time in his life.

    Just looking for clarification here -- would or wouldn't a Chinese backlash affect the Rockets' bottom line? Also, do NBA teams share merchandising revenues evenly or do teams get paid depending on how their team-specific merch sells? Just wanting to understand all the facts; I'm with Morey on this one.

    I think the crisis would be much worse if this was still run by Les because he had or still has companies and investments in China.

    I don't how lunatic these people are if they tie Morey's tweet to the entire league , but if some Harden jerseys aren't being bought legitimately in China, the Rockets will be fine.

    I think the worst thing that could happen is that they root for the Mavericks.

    Brother I think people here don't remember the history of how Les changed the Houston Rockets into the Chinese Rockets

    Was there a china red jersey that had HOUSTON on the front? I only remember Rockets
