That's just two people per bedroom in the first 7th bedrooms and one sad, lonely dude in room 8. Probably Bobby Brown.
The guy is probably some creepy looking troll that tried to grab some ass and t*tties but was rejected.. He is filing this suite out of spite..
Unless there is some tangible damage that he can prove I don’t see a case here. This probably gets settled out of court for another 20k. If it goes to court James probably will win as the only proof that this person has is some camera footage and James’ defense team would just say that this group is leaving and this group was just arriving. Also he would say that no party ever occurred people just randomly showed up and clearly James didn’t want to disturb the high profile neighbors and being respectful of everyone’s privacy he didn’t call the cops. Nothing to see here.
You must not follow him on social media or understand what his career earnings have been vs. what he has shown himself spending in the last two years. Also assuming you don't know how much particular luxury goods cost? His contract over 4 years nets him ~$17 million net of taxes, so ~$4.25mm a year. We are basing it only on what we have seen him spend on, who knows what else hes spending on that he does not post. -Has kid(s) and a SO $$ -$1mm+ house -(2018) Bought a brand new RR Culinan to match James Harden ($400K) -(2018)Bought a brand new Ferrari 488GTB Convertible to match Chris Paul $350K -(2018) Took delivery of what appeared to be a relatively new Lamborghini Aventador SVJ $600K -(2017-2019) Looks like he had a 17' or 18' Porsche 911 Turbo S convertible in his driveway that he said his son wanted to take to school on the first day ~$200K -Rocks a full diamond (bezel, bracelet, completely iced out) Patek Phillipe Nautilus this is a $300K+ timepiece -He started pairing the watch with a full diamond bracelet and #17 diamond chain, and my money is on him overpaying / paying retail on this and it being another $50-100K -Has admitted to paying $200-250K A YEAR on shoes -Usually is rocking current season fashion (gucci coats, balenciaga and Givenchy shirts that are often $1K for a shirt, etc) and those pre game fits are often above $5K-10K EACH I don't even pay attention to every story or post from him, this is just from the few posts I have seen of his, or interviews/post game appearances, pre-game tunnel shots, it is blatantly obvious he is spending well over 50% of what he makes a year on depreciating assets/luxury goods. It wouldn't be a big deal if he was a lotto pick and 23 years old, but hes a 34 year old specialist. There is no way he will be able to afford a pancake after retirement. Hopefully he can get a coaching gig or has a way to make fashion his after retirement career.
LOL this is ridiculous. i hope PJ reads this tbh lol people acting like they know exactly what is going on in PJ's life. lol
There wouldn't even be a landry's without the platform of the Houston Rockets. The former owner Les Alexander used to offer landry gift cards for rockets player of games almost 15+ years ago. This was all while the rockets played on free, public television so partnering with a major business has its risks, and the larger company always has a "cost of business" leverage.
And by saying he is perfectly fine, you are making the assumption that YOU know what is going on in his life, you sound smart
I mean what do people expect, they getting drunk, and nobody cares. lol Bad industry to get in.. This might of been shaq and harden party, notice how the the reporter said "Its noT a Slam Dunk case" LOL This is just a random case not harden, but would be like harden party haha.
I’ve been involved in at least 30-40 lawsuits in my life. I am no legal expert by any means but based on my experience I don’t see a case. Unless there are tangible damages that we have not heard about yet this case gets settled out of court because it’s cheaper for the both of them. All of the lawsuits that I’ve been involved with have been contract related with the exception of two that I can think of. Just for clarification I am not a lawyer and as far as I know neither are you.
This was probably already addressed, being 4 pages in, but it sounds like he wants Harden to pay up for TWO big events ($150k each) rather than one. Either way, it kinda sounds like Harden's M.O. in the summer. He did get sued by Moses Malone Jr. for the orechstrated "beating and robbery at the club"... not even sure what ever came of that lawsuit. And then we had the camera man incident with the guy that claims Harden broke his finger to the point that he became "disabled". Who knows what happened there. Now this.... oh well. Just another day in the life of a multi-millionaire I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/ Not saying that he did any of it. He just finds a way to get himself involved in incidents throughout the summer(s).
James probably going to have to pay. But if I had to guess.... This isn't the first time this guy does this to someone.
