Something tells me were not gonna get the Nene special from PJ. I really don't know what he's worth, or what is a fair price.

I expect his extension expectations will be pretty reasonable and they'll find common ground.

I love him but he's really old. I'd be very cautious about giving him big money.

Hmmm doesn't look like this will go down a good path knowing the Tillman. Question is, can he resist Mr. THICC?

    https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2019/08/tucker-optimistic-about-receiving-an-extension.html

The upcoming campaign is the last fully guaranteed season on his four-year, $32MM contract that was signed in 2016. He’ll receive $8.35MM in 2019/20 before dropping to $7.97MM in its final year. That ’20/21 salary is also only partially guaranteed for approximately $2.57MM

Extending his deal by one or two seasons and guaranteeing his ’20/21 salary would be the most logical course of action. The over-38 rule would complicate an extension longer than two years.

If we're talking shoes, PJ's about to receive a Payless level offer

He definitely seeks to get paid and around 12-15 million is fair.

    Mike D'Antoni wants an extension
    Eric Gordon wants an extension
    PJ Tucker wants an extension
Austin Rivers ain't gonna play on the minimum forever.

    PAY UP BROKE BOY!

Don't forget Russell Westbrook changing his *payout format* to help Tilman.

    Quite the checklist we have.

Deserves it... He'll be worth playing for another 2-3 years.. Gordon and him are also more valuable as trade assets on longer deals. I'd sign them both...

No way. We have him under contract for 2 more years and he will be 36 once the contract ends. Him and his agent know that his stock won't be going any higher than it is currently. Unfortunately for him, he really has no leverage. I'll ride it out.

I’m looking forward to seeing who we’re going to lose from this team due to money constraints, and then watch people defend Tilman by saying “next season they’ll be prepared to spend”
