Future payments will be on a layaway plan as we prepare for incoming recession.

    https://www.cnbc.com/2019/08/19/til...g-very-conservative-amid-recession-fears.html

The owner of restaurants and casinos reiterated: “If you go take a big leap out there, that paddle’s going to get you behind right now because there is a recession coming. It might not come until 2021, 2022 or 2023 but there is one coming. History always repeats itself.”

In other news, you will have to pay tax in 2020, 2021, 2022, etc. and you will probably die something in the future. Cloning does not count!

Death, Taxes, Recession can not be avoidable

But but but, we must be prudent and think of the shareholder because we don't want to go Bankrupt.

"“I think most of corporate America is doing things in a conservative way,” said Fertitta, a restaurant, hotel and casino magnate who also owns the NBA’s Houston Rockets."

Tilman's theme song, Cash Rules Everything Around Me, Luxury Tax Savings, y'all.

    Cash, Rules, Everything, Around, Me
    C.R.E.A.M., Luxury Tax Saving y'all
    Get the money
    Dollar, dollar bill y'all
It's been twenty-five long hard years since Clutch City Championship, I'm still strugglin'
Survival got me buggin', but I'm alive on arrival
I peep at the shape of the streets
And stay awake to the ways of the world 'cause **** is deep
A man with a dream with plans to make C.R.E.A.M.
Which failed when I let Ariza go for LTS
A young buck like Kelly OUbrue could have been had for Ariza
Trying to get a clutch at what I could not
The court played me short, now I face LTS saving
    Handcuffed by LTS
How did we get into LTS? I don't know y'all, it was a shock and surprise y'all
Life as a shorty shouldn't be so rough, Harden's Prime year with 2 years left
But as the world turns I learned life is hell
    LUXURY TAX SAVING

What a better way to manage that CASH FLOW by giving your kids a job with the Rockets.

When the recession hits in 2021, 2022, 2023, etc., he can cut his kids Allowance, I mean....eeeeerr Salary to $1 , payable in 50 years, in annuity payment like Bobby Bonilla.

Tilman's excuse, "BUT we were 100% filled during 2017,2018 seasons. We need to watch our CASH FLOW and I demand all my employees to be paid BI-ANNUALLY instead of Bi-Weekly so we can manage our CASH FLOW"

    2018

    6 Rockets 41 716,008 17,900 99.2

    2019

When people like T.F. start forecasting an economic apocalypse, that’s when you know the bull market still has room to run.

oh its def Rockets related... this is Tilman laying the foundation to justify more cheap moves this year... after his talk of 'whatever it takes...' he realizes he needs to back pedal off of that.. this is just him trying to sell himself as a wise businessman - rather than a blowhard who cant put his money where his mouth is... as if the financial climate has done such a major swing since 'whatever it takes...'
You wait... next DM will say something about 'working every angle to continue to improve the team - but being more conservative on the financial end as with any business venture in this unstable climate' ... or something like that...

He'll use big word so that us common 8 to 5 hourly lowlife worker wouldn't understand , such as

    "Fiduciary Responsibilty"
"Prudent and Fiscally Responsible to our Shareholder(Tilman being the only Shareholder)
"Cash Flow Problem Brokeass"- Carl Herrera
    "Poor Boy"- J.R.
