Maria Taylor would be an excellent replacement host. She is warm and engaging. And mostly, professional.
I wanted her off television years ago but now I can't help but feel bad for her. She's entering her mid 40s and still not married or have kids (likely won't happen). She's still living like she's in her early 20s judging from her instagram, going to parties and getting drunk while every chick there is younger than her. Even Spurs fans have turned their backs on her after the whole Kawhi thing so she gets a ton of hate on social media (ofcourse, much of that is self-inflicted). Now she's getting replaced by younger female hosts on ESPN, her career is only going downhill from here. She seems to have no skill besides "looking pretty" but we all know that only gets you so far in life.
my favorite caster is antoinetta collins, but of course they are always going to typecast that job to somebody with a talking head.
No need to feel bad for her. She probably have millions since she's been working for almost 20 years now. And Daddy is loaded. Daddy was an executive with Big Oil Valero. And Daddy got her career started by making people hire daddy's girl. I'm sure she probably has a trust funds that pays her $100k a month in income. She probably doesn't even need to work with her trust fund money

Her team (The Spurs) suck now so they fired her. NBA commentators are almost 100% fans of one team. That’s obnoxious to make others listen to a fan’s opinion yet that’s who they repeatedly hire. It’s like watching Fox News and being a liberal.
This is stupid, on her part. You're making 5 million dollars a year, and you can't be bothered to promote the one show you're on, outside the show? If I was Beadle, I'd be ecstatic making that much money to strictly talk about the NBA. It's not like she's SAS being stretched really thinly on every show ESPN has.
Michelle Beadle’s ESPN career is in peril mostly because of things no one sees on the air, according to sources.I would feel a teeny bit better about BSPN if she was fired for mostly things everyone sees on air. And here's the reason why ESPN isn't motivated to do better: Interestingly, the two shows have similar viewership numbers, but Barkley & company dominate on buzz.
