Spot on. I hope this thread doesn't age well too. I'm afraid Tilman's come into the business thinking he's going to put his mark on it, and he's going to treat his basketball people like they're employees of a chain restaurant that can be easily replaced without missing a beat, but very few coaching shakeups I've witnessed lead to long term success. As someone that's only getting older himself, I wish MDA all the success in the world this season and in the future.
