    Texans had a need at backup RB (by their own creation), but at least they addressed it almost immediately, unlike most times when a need just stays unresolved for an entire season (or two). I guess that's improvement.

    This is a brilliant post.

    I love the trade in a vacuum, but obviously there are other considerations.

    For now I'm choosing to lean into the fact the Texans got a player I like and think could be deadly in this offense.

    I'm also choosing to purposefully ignore the fact that the Texans created this problem to begin with and that BOB will likely piss away Johnson's talent.

    So for now, wheeeeeeeeeee!!

    A third rounder was too high. Still, he’ll be a prominent member of the offense as long as he stays healthy, and he fills a need. The Texans will be better this year because of it.
