Westbrook is a great player. My favorite player. I follow a lot of players and grew up a huge TMAC fan.
I agree. I've played a lot more attention to how WB actually plays since he's been became a Rocket. And I do believe he Will win over a lot of Clutch city fans.

Just to clue you in if you don't know. No one minds a fan that's a player of one guy so long as they don't put that one guy above the team. Almost all of us are Rockets fans first here. If you can continue to show respect for that, you'll get along great here. Especially because Russ is going to do well for the Rockets.

If this thread proves anything, it’s how little we know about the things actually going on in the front offices of the NBA.
People ride trends. Lately we've had quite a few swings and misses from DM and Co. therefore the expectation was another swing and miss. Tilman has that stigma after two seasons of running the Rockets as being cheap. Until he ponies up and goes over the LT, that will stick for him. I honestly haven't seen that the Rockets FO have truly given a valid reason (or player) to go over the cap. There's a difference between acquiring Iggy at $17 million per year or Justice Winslow at $13 million per year... problem is that this opportunity hasn't presented itself yet, without the risk of losing on some major draft assets once again.
