Trout hits a HR on average every 10 ABs. Yordan hits one every 11 ABs. Trout has an RBI every 4.22 ABs. Yordan has an RBI every 3.67 ABs. With enough qualifying ABs, he'd be leading both leagues in batting average right now. So, absolutely a triple crown threat, but closer than you'd think on the HR front. Trout is his competition. Also, Trout has an OPS of 1.105. Our boy is damn good.
My mom grew up in St. Louis and got to see him play there. She remembers going to a game where a kid was just yelling "Let's go, Cruuuuuuuuuzzzz!" from the stands louder than anyone. Then they moved down to Houston in the late 70s, and she got to watch him play here. She loves Cruuuuuuuuuzzzz.
The AL player of the month bats 7th in the lineup lol. Remember how last year we all said the 2018 team was even more talented than the 2017 Championship team? Then we add Brantley, Alvarez and Greinke to that team..... From coaching to GM best team in baseball and it’s not anywhere close.
It looked like he might having some blister issues, but he had enough pitches for about one more inning at best. I agree with @Bear_Bryant . He's pitched phenomenally. Let him go out on top tonight.
Biagini looks like he could be one of those middle reliever mop-up guys with his stuff. But, also, he absolutely is going to be a favorite in the dugout on a team that likes to goof around and have fun. Watch this:
