Big prospect haul. I hope Arizona is paying a lot of his salary.

Who's the low A lottery ticket player that Luhnow always gets to go with the headliner? Kudos to Luhnow. Seth Beer is the type of player we need to look at trading. 1st base/DH/Left Fielders seem like they grown on trees these days. I have faith Luhnow is able to add these types of guys every draft. Not dismissing Beer as a player/prospect but think he traded him at his high point.

Now THATS how its done. Too bad Jeff Luhnow can't consult with the other Houston teams...

Wow the Astros went all in. Big time. Arizona must be paying a decent chunk. Love it.

Jon Heyman (certified idiot) just said on MLB Network that he expects cash coming back to us, doesn’t know how much

Even if we don't resign Cole or Miley, next season's SP's are Verlander, Greinke, McCullers, Whitley

IMO Beer was the best prospect we gave up. He can just flat out hit and should hit at every level. His issue is that he can really only play 1st and he is slow.

Corbin Martin can possibly be a 2-3 starter, but he is coming off injury and I was personally not impressed against big leaguers.

Rojas is older but has really blossomed well....

JB is vastly over rated IMO.

Overall a good haul for the Diamondbacks.....

Let's see how much money that the Diamondbacks eat on this.

Actually thankful we traded JB. Sad to see a local product in Corbin Martin go though.

That means Tyler Ivey better step up
