Any idea how I can reverse some grey beard hairs naturally? It is my first time I saw some of my grey hairs this year. I do not think I have any last year. I am in 30's. Any remedies that you have tried that worked?

The remedy is to embrace it and rock it.
    That's the natural approach.

They’re not premature if you're in your 30s.

Greying happens depending on genetics and varies greatly... I got grey in my beard in my late 20s. Embrace it.

If you're going to invest money with treatment, better off with cannibus and barely legal hookers.

Less likely to ask for a refund you will never get

Just shave. Beards are played out.

beards are in theory genetically superior for attracting a mate. But I'm not sure in practice that works unless you go with the groomed stubble and have the looks to pull it off. As for the grey, I've got nothing for you. Your only hope is too work it in like Clooney and go with it.

Facial hair (much like hair styles) on men falls into four categories:

    -Current trend
-Lazy and don’t want to shave
    -Don’t give a F, big balls style
-Was big in his formative years

Everyone I know with a goatee had their formative years in the late 90’s early 00’s. Think about many baby boomers and their mustaches- that style was big in the 70’s and early 80’s when those guys were riding high.

That said, you can have massive confidence and whatever you wear will work for you.

Get really shredded and buff, grow out your hair, carry two swords and turn in to Geralt of Rivia.

I've found that spending a few hours every week making sweet, sweet love has significantly reduced that amount of gray in my beard.

So you could give that a try.

A few years ago, it was proven that grey hair is caused by a natural buildup of hydrogen peroxide in hair follicles, which causes oxidative stress and graying. When we're younger, our bodies produce an enzyme called catalase, which breaks down hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen. But as we get older, our catalase levels get lower, resulting in grey hair.

Roll the dice and buy some PC-KUS (and, if you do, let us know your results)

Shave it, embrace it, or experiment with the above chemicals.

With that said, if it's eventually possible to reverse it... I'd do it just to laser the rest of my head.

    Ahhaaaahaaa. Oh, good times.

Good luck kid. Either make it work for you or go drown in a pit of despair.

    Your choice.
