He's made cool scoring plays like that last season. I would be more impressed if he actually beat Beal off the dribble and drove by him because that was his larger issue last season. Dude couldn't create seperation against even 7 ft big men and had to resort to these fadeaway type shots.

Maybe Presti will trade Paul to the wizards for John Wall. Beal will be thrilled until Paul misses another third of the season.

There’s a longer vid. Hitting his shots; stopping nada.

Hey, I like the guy. I wasn’t needing him gone.

If that is the amount of effort required to get a fade-away shot against a so-so defender in a practice setting...
    not sure it bodes well.

That being said, incredible skill and I wonder if that’s the type of move that Harden has been working on.

    Seriously.

It’s not his contract, it’s all of us watching him get absolutely locked up by scrub bigs in the playoffs.

    Let it go...

CP was a beast in the playoffs first season with us. We would be champs if that injury hadnt occurred. He deserves our respect. That being said I'm excited as hell this year coming up with Westbrook

He definitely deserved our respect. He was a large part of why 2018 was so fun as a Rocket fan. Ended on a heart break but we knew CP3 put his heart and soul into trying to get this team a ring. He looked so devestated after that hamstring injury at the end of game 5.

His contract t didn’t deceive anyone. We all knew he was overpaid but were optimistic he could play at the 17-18 level.
If he had played like that we’re not having this conversation, most of us would be ok with that production at that price.
His defensive drop off and inability to create for himself is what proved he’s on the decline. Good luck to him but we’re in a better situation.

CP3 resulting to pickup game highlights like his boy Carmelo. A true sign of washedness.

    You hate to see it.

I mean what is being vegan so dramatically different from being a vegetarian still eating eggs and fish?

I mean, it’s 1 on 1 in a workout setting...even Melo can still kill in that situation...

CP0 was on the level of a very good starter last year. Is that washed? No, but it’s a HUGE step down from the definite top 10 player he was the year before. Then u factor in that he’s gonna miss 20+ games every year and will only continue to decline as he ages, and yeah, gimme Westbrook moving forward instead.

It’s not his contract that was deceiving people, we all saw his level of play this past year. He just had 1 of his worst seasons.

Um... vegetarians don't eat fish. You're describing a pescatarian.

And some people think it's a huge difference. Me? Not so much.
