Man I remember when Pressley and Osuna at the back end, a 1 run lead heading into the 8th was a pretty much given victory.

 

Easy to get mad at the pitching, but can't win many games when Springer, Altuve, Bregman, Correa, and Reddick are all hitless

True but you can’t expect to score 6 runs every night either.

 

If it's not the starter, it's the bullpen. Drives me crazy.

 

World Series Champion Springer, Altuve, Bregman and Correa going 0 for 13 doesn't help.

 

They're going to score enough runs to be in contention for the best team in the AL by season's end.

They do need pitching to step up and lock games down... now and in the playoffs.

Game 5 was great... but it could also be looked at as a completely inept bullpen game.

Not trying to scapegoat the bullpen but our offense needs to be scoring 5-6 runs a game with the talent and firepower.

 

He looked out first glance.

Second glance says, "first was wrong".

 

Four hits are not going to win many games. The game is like a throw back to an earlier era.
