You think Harden is dropping 10 less ppg than last season?

Actually I would adjust that to 28 ppg, but yes, Westbrook takes like 19-20 FGA, Paul was taking like 12-14. Even if you drop Westbrook to 18-19, still a lot more than Paul.

Westbrook also tends to not miss games, Paul has missed about 20 per season the last two seasons, and when Paul was out, Harden's ppg went up. I would use the 17-18 season as the baseline, so 30.4 ppg, and then adjust for the presence of Westbrook and I'd say 28-29 ppg and choose 28 ppg.

    Westbrook's assists will go higher.
    He will average 18ppg 11apg 7rbpg
He's not a good shooter, so he will rely a lot on Harden to score.

    Harden will average 31ppg 7apg 6rbpg

No clue but if Westbrook averages a triple double here without the team building a scheme to do it for him he will get major love from me.

    Russ: 24ppg/10rpg/7apg
    Harden: 36ppg/6rpg/8apg

Both are going to to average at least 50 pts combined a game.
Westbrook averages double double considering he's going to have to play more off the ball hence more rebounds.

    WB 4-5 TOs

Westbrooks career scoring number : 23 ppg

I think he will rebound around 10 and assist around 9 apg.
