Tillman is an ass. As soon as I read a few quotes from him I knew it. He’s got a lot of Trump-type **** in him. Which is cool. I guarantee you he was fun to party with when he was a young guy, but as far as running a team? Disaster waiting to happen. Look at his new book title. It’s literally caricature for a d******d businessman. All would be cool if he had ANY feel for basketball like Jerry Buss, but he doesn’t. At all. To top it all off, he’s a cheapskate? Yuck.

Yeah I’m not a fan of his because he seems like a giant ******* who meddles too much. I think the good owners put competent executives in place and trust them to do their job. I don’t think this is the Tillman method. His book “Shut Up and Listen” just crystallizes the foregoing in my mind. That said I still think we have a shot this year, and if they win it, he’ll be my fave houston owner

There's no "seems like" about it. The bbs was warned about Tilman, by yours truly and a few others, the moment his name came out as a prospective owner.
I didn’t mean to say leaving on Major, I meant to say firing him after one more or less successful ish sort of year. I’m not a Major fan and wasn’t really impressed with him as a QB or coach, but it was handled in a clown show kind of way and that had Tillman’s fingerprints al over it. Similarly to the clownish way he’s handling Mike D right now.

It’s crazy how this guy takes one aspect of what Frettita said about Westbrook and quickly generalised him as unsophisticated while ignoring rest of 99% aspect of what Fretitta said about how Westbrook makes Rockets better. This does not scare me as a Rockets fan. It tells me that Fretitta can make bold moves that can either work or not work. Statistically its an upside, chemistry wise its to be seen, End of story.
