JR Smith is a 6'6 shooting guard. At best spot minutes at SF. Where are the JR Smith's of the PF position? Are we really relying on Anthony Bennett?
i really dont want him... i dont think he's got that fight mentality we need imo. seems like a guy just enjoying his last year(s) in the league on vacation lol
Had to do some twitter decoding that I guess was obvious to some. JR’s brother is the one that started that?
Much rather have him over T Jones, at least he can shoot, think about it if he will play within his role he is a knock down shooter and still athletic even though he is old. We aren’t getting Iggy bc of Memphis and their bullshit so JR would be a big add. I would like to know where I’m wrong.
Jr for all his pot smoking ways is a solid defender ad can occasionally get really hot from the 3 pt line ad go for 30.He is nowhere near as athletic as ice was but you can do a lot worse then him
Old, stupid, unprofessional, and a terrible human being. He's the physical personification of the all NBA's worst traits. I don't hate many professional athletes, I hate JR Smith.
Ow get off your high horse. Who are you to judge him in that matter? If anything, he gained my respect when he won a trophy and teared up as he spoke of his father and his upbringing.
I wouldn’t hate it if we got him. He probably has a huge chip on his shoulder from having to sit out last year and all the trash people talked about him as if he was to blame for the cavs being swept by the warriors. He hit big shots on the biggest stage, game 7 of the finals. He knows the level of focus it takes to win it all. He has been around one of the best leaders the game has seen in Lebron, and there probably isn’t a coach or system better suited for him than ours. I like the idea of Roco, or Iggy, but I’m not huge on giving up assets for them, and both have potential injury concern.
i think jr has better dribbles but green is smarter than jr. So pretty much yeah about the same player.
