    Russ looks like he lost some lift. He didn’t dunk as much last season and watching his highlights he doesn’t get up as high as he used to.

    Yeah, i don't see why Presti should give up the two Miami picks which are also arguably better since at least one is totally unprotected...OKC can very well trade Adams and tank even if CP3 is on the roster. Riley is the guy stack with a 1st round exit roster.

    i know its been explained that the westbrook trade is not official because they are tyring to find 3rd team, but what about all
    the other signings? why are they on hold as well? Rivers, House, Green etc..

    Westbrook on friendship with Harden: Spalding is my only friend on court

    There are multiple people in Russell Westbrook's life whom he considers his pals.

    But when he hits the hardwood, he has only one.

    "When I get on the floor, I've got one friend, and that's the basketball," he told reporters Sunday at shootaround.

    This mentality isn't new.

    "I've been like that since I was a little kid," the 28-year-old superstar continued. "My dad told me that when I was younger, 'Once you get on the floor, you got one friend. Your friend is Spalding.'

    "At the time maybe it was Wilson, or maybe it was some other ****. Whatever the ball is, that's who my friend is."

    Westbrook doesn't play when it comes to his friend, either. Before every home game the MVP contender has the game ball delivered to the locker room, where he inspects it - a process that includes dribbling, holding, and even sniffing the basketball - before passing it to each of his teammates, according to ESPN's Baxter Holmes.

    all I know hes an MVP player.. and he is now a member of the Rockets (so i will cheer on him to be great), and defend him from the haters..

    I used to think the same about CP3, Austin Rivers. I feel different about them now.
