Likes mean people enjoy the content you bring to the site. They are, to a certain extent, a measure of your value here. "Who knows you" is meaningless. This is not a networking site. It's a place to get information and be entertained.
Iffy... While certain members like @J.R. and @cyberx do actually get likes based on content, the majority (IMHO) get theirs by being part of a certain cliques. Nothing wrong with that, just keeping it real.... ....... ....... .......
It was a very lame post to. Wouldn't get but a like or two in normal circumstances. Incredible. Also he is still listed as a new member... honestly someone needs to customize his title to the lurker or something lol
The ratio doesn't mean ****. An honest poster will never have a great ratio because he won't be pandering to the masses with his posts. A lot of the guys with great ratios (not all of them) just say the obvious non controversial things. Zzz
