He can have double doubles all day long. And to be honest he is very athletic and a tremendous hustler so he can rebound actually very well but he needs to leave slot of the no brainer stuff to capela and tucker
This is going to be the most annoying, downright despicable nonsense and worst thing about having Westbrook: the stat whoring and celebration on Clutchfans of the triple-double.
got damnit. As if it can't get any harder for me to digest taking on this cancer. Now I have to watch him fish for his triple doobs
Yep. His triple doubles will become more important than winning. If we win it all I'm cool with it. If not it will become sickening.
I think his assist numbers will go down and he’ll be asked to attack hard offensively. Having Harden will be huge for Russ. He’ll have some monster scoring nights. Russ 25-8-8 Harden 31-6-8 Bennett 0-0-0
Russ will average 25- 8 assists 10 boards. I think his scoring will pickup from last season under MDA
I just need him to carry Harden in the playoffs when Harden decides he doesn't want to play like game ^ vs Spurs at HOME, or the record turnover game or other 2/11 shooting games
Lol this Lin troll is at it again. Turning another thread into another harden bash fest. Look loser, we get it, harden screwed Lin lol. Get over it. Better yet go reply to yourself with you’re multiple ids
I think his overall numbers will be down, if that happens, I think it’s actually a good thing, that means he got helps and not necessarily pulling up I’ll advise shots.
Who cares as long as we win is the obvious choice. Should've been left out of the poll. But to answer the question...At first I was thinking heck no, no way he averages a triple double...But then I thought about it and I think it's possible... I mean, if he plays with the same energy he always has, then it's possible he could grab a bunch of boards...Even with decreased usage, with a better supporting cast around him it's possible that more of his passes lead to assists. And while his and Harden's usage will likely decrease, I think Westbrook will have a higher usage than CP3. I think there's a small chance that he could average 10 assists, especially if he takes over more of the on-ball duties while Harden plays more off ball. So then the only thing left is points. While his scoring average will likely dip, if he's not averaging at least 10 pts/ gm then we ****ed up big time.
