Nice! This may go down as Morey's best offseason yet.

    Capela/Chandler/Hartenstein
    PJ Tucker/???/House
    EG/House/???
    Harden/???/Green
    WB/Rivers/Clemens

That's already a great lineup just need another SF/PF combo 3nD.

EG needs to be coming off the bench. (if he's still here) We need a SF starting.

Solid move to get TC as a backup.

There's no SF you can get thats better than EG at his salary. We need an elite scorer to provide spacing next to WB and Harden dont see why EG wont fit. If the Rox got a Roberson type of dude thats not really better offensively than what OKC had with PG and WB.

Outstanding backup center. Can't ask for much more, particularly at that salary.

    Capela/Hartenstein/Chandler
    PJ tucker/ Bennett/ House
    EG/House/Iggy*(or Shumpert)
    Harden/Iggy*(Rivers)/Green
    WB/Rivers/Clemens

If we land Iggy in some sort of sign and trade I'm satisfied with that Roster. A tad light on proven big depth, but overall a really well rounded roster considering the confines of a salary cap. It's OK for us to be a tad light on big depth due to our coaches infatuation & hardcore belief in playing a 5 man small lineup in long spurts.

Where’s Manimal? Is he still unsigned? I wouldn’t mind picking him back up for the vet min. At least for the regular season, he’s fun to watch.

I like this move, but I don't expect Chandler to play more than he did last year (at 10 min per game). I feel like we need one more big. Faried would be nice. He can play 4/5.

Faried would get a lot of PT too. I hope we sit Tyson a lot during the season (and during B2B's) so Faried would slide in nicely as the third big who will likely get a lot of run regardless.

I’d like to see Faried back on the team. He was playing great before getting injured. Good energy guy.

I’m not sure Chandler can do much of anything anymore. He’ll be 37 this year and his offense is almost non-existent. Physically he is sloppy with the ball and has almost no lift. Would’ve rather seen the Rockets sign JaVale McGee. He’s still athletic at 31-years-old and can swat shots at a much better rate than Chandler.

I’ll be what the 5th person? But I would also like to see Faried back. Westbrook and him against other benches in the league would be entertaining to say the least.

He's 36.... I will be impressed if he can make it all the way without getting injured because of bone-headed short rotations.

Good thing we didn't mortgage our future with this addition like Westbrook!

tilman loves these signings b/c the league heavily subsidizes the vet min salary by $1M

we do need one more. chandler played 16mpg but only 48 games. for comparison, nene played 13mpg in 42 games.

if we needed faried last year, we'll need someone similar this year.

I agree. although if we got someone like covington or OPJ or even crowder or holiday I'd say bring ego off the bench. there is plenty of scoring ability between Beard & Brodie. let ego beat up the second units again.

barring those kind of 3&D players I'm happy to keep ego in the starting 5. however we do need defensive length on the wing to guard Kawhi and PG. I'm afraid that tilman will try to duck the tax again and we won't bring anyone else in that isn't a minimum signing.
