James must be pissed. I was told the stories about James and CP3 were lies by the media to break up this team. The team must not have consulted and considered James' friendship with CP3.

I don't think anybody knowledgeable is saying this.

Some of you goofballs can’t apparently keep two thoughts in your head at one time

Thought one- CP3 and Harden didn’t love each other or playing together but were ok with making it work while having a legitimate chance at a title, and

    2) stuff changes all the time and when everyone saw a better opportunity they jumped on it.

There doesn’t have to be anything nefarious about any of that.

Agreed & that would make sense, but Isn't this thread claiming this? The opening post clearly states that it is obvious CP3 wants out. Perhaps u meant the OP and those that agree isn't knowledgeable.

Either that or Harden gave Morey the "Him or Me" Ultimatum. Cuz he knows exactly what we needed to do this off season.

He just didn't fit. Here you have this isolation-heavy, low-complexity system, and you've got a $40 million true point guard on your team standing off to the side doing none of what he's good at. He probably did hate it. He should've hated it considering what his game is. Maybe he was jazzed about the success of the first year, and so were the Rockets, and they signed that deal, and then reality set in for both sides. Honestly, it doesn't matter. Ultimately, he just didn't fit with this team's system, and I hope he gets more of a chance to do what he does best somewhere else.

Pretty clear that there was a problem between them, and CP3 has caused problems everywhere he has been......and Harden ran out McHale and probably ran out CP3 too.

This is his team, our org and coaching are too weak.....this is a James Harden team and he is in charge.

Actually time-lapse footage of CP3 from the moment we signed Carmelo Anthony to when we dumped him 1/8 of the way into the season.

as it shouldn't when your sharing a backcourt with James Harden.

Would've been worth the money if CP3 could cover for James (for at least 15 minutes and the last 3) and spark him on the mental side like he did the first year. Chris did neither last postseason.

That's pretty much asking for someone to carry or lift Harden's responsibilities...
