I’d give the slight edge to beal over love, but love really fits our position of need. Westbrook is the definition of a wildcard but I’m not totally against bringing him in. There would be at least a couple nights he’d make me want to put my foot through the tv.
I can dance to this. If @topfive 's choice isn't available. (Puts on old "Blurred Lines" video. Logs off CFs. )
Beal > WestBrick > Love. WestBrick is probably the best player of the three , Beal the best fit / need and Love is washed up.
ninja turtle because at least the media might be on our side for once. also, can we get turtle moar help for god's sake??
we’re not getting Beal...not even sure why he’s included What are we going to give them? EG and Capela? They could do much better than whatever mediocre package we have to offer. don’t want Russ if we’re talking about a CP0, Brickbrook, Harden trio...that will be certain disaster I don’t like Love either, he ain’t the answer...that’s another aging, declining player with a sh*tty contract added to the books if Love is the best we can do, Harden might as well just ask for a trade
Beal, but he’s going to cost the most assets and seems most likely to be outbid by a team like Portland. I’d be very happy with Love, particularly if he costs only EGO or Capela & first(s).
Wizards have said repeatedly Beal is untouchable... Cavs seems adamant on not trading Love even though they are rebuilding and he seems fine with not playing for a contender after winning his ring. So in reality, the only choice is Russ. But yea, people here keep being delusional and think they're both available for four 1st round picks.
If we have $15 million in trade exception and 4 1st rounds all to use in a trade for either one of these guys. Who do you go after? And if you need a third team to make this trade happen, who would be that 3rd team?
Beal is the best player on this list and we do not have the assets to realistically get him. Love is the most realistic. Russ is the most fun but the most likely to not work.
