If Ujiri is really smart he's going to trade Gasol, Lowry and maybe even Siakam (ding ding, he's where the Rockets should make a call imo) and rebuild, without Kawhi they are done, getting Westbrook won't make them a contender.

Can even throw in more to take Adams off their hands though it would be to break it up into smaller contracts. SOURCES!
No you’re right they don’t have much. But Winslow is one good piece. Goran is expiring (more likely to unload Russ for than a CP contract for example), Bam is an ok piece and they can also break up say Steven Adams contract into two contracts of his value is low (not sure how the league views Adams). And I’m not sure what firsts Miami have left to offer but whatever they can they would include, even if it’s unprotected.
